highly recommend
very cozy clean apartment, absolutely everything you need for comfort is there: refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, iron, dryer and everything is in perfect condition, the hosts are kind and attentive

Great place, value for money. Close to the center, we got there on foot, but there is a steep climb, not for everyone

Great option to stay in Yerevan
A great option for living for 1-2 people, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a living area. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it's cool there without air conditioning even at +45 degrees. Renovation and furniture are new, everything is fresh and clean. There is a courtyard closed from the road. Everything is nearby, shops, metro, walk close to the center. Special thanks to the hostess for creating comfort and very pleasant communication. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Everything was wonderful! There is everything you need and even more. for a stop in the summer - ideal, because. the room is located on the semi-basement floor and it will always be comfortable and not hot there. location is excellent. I advise you to get to the center on foot along M. Baghramyan Street, it’s much faster - just 10 minutes and you are there. The hostess and her family are wonderful, sociable and very responsive people, they were always in touch with her and she helped with questions. I really liked the dog! sociable and playful, always cheered up)
it was a bit cold in the first days, but this was solved by the heater. there is really not enough natural light in the apartment, but you get used to it and it does not affect anything. and it would be nice if you could get disposable slippers for the duration of your stay. but it's more of a suggestion :)
