I can't say that the staff weren't friendly, generally speaking.
7 days without solving a problem with access to the room. They didn't even offer us to change rooms. Had to wait for a staff member to let us in each time we wanted to go in. We had to pay in advance and in cash (never seen anything like that). The shower pressure was minimal. Breakfast very poor and every day the same. They never cleaned the bed.
we had a deluxe room. two bathrooms, hot tub, room size, spacious balcony, clean, all furniture included
- for the deluxe room there was not enough kettle, cups, a minimum set of tea and coffee - the pool did not work (although it is included in the price) - at breakfast they did not have time to update the assortment
Everything is beautiful and the staff is very nice
nothing
Breakfast, location
The price is too high, the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars
gorgeous view of Ararat and Yerevan
a lot of things in the room require repair and maintenance, a rather small room and low sound insulation, it was also unlucky to get into the demolition of a neighboring house at the time of your stay
