With heart like at home
I liked the attitude to the guests, attention and care. Wi-fi fast location is excellent, everything is close, the bed is comfortable, hot water is always available, coffee is excellent, favorite balcony with a beautiful view of Ararat. But most of all, the mistress of the house, thank you very much for your care and attention, for your beautiful soul and heart, God bless you with health and well-being, my dear, Varsenik Jan (I may not write correctly, sorry).

Conditions for the undemanding tourist
Central location, 15 minutes walk from Marshal Bagranyan metro station. An old, post-communist tenement building with a little clutter. Shared bathroom and toilet in the immediate vicinity of the room. Near shops, buses, minibuses.
The breakfast formula did not suit me initially (very "economical", not very varied, supposedly healthy). After talking with the hostess, everything improved a little, but the proposed standard was not enough.

Health and success to the owners!
Modest but very comfortable accommodation. Close to the center, near the metro. The hostess is a friendly, friendly and intelligent woman who knows the history of Armenia and the city. Thank you for delicious breakfasts and communication! Although we were unlucky with the weather, only warm and positive impressions remained from visiting the country!
