Great place on Baghramyan
An excellent hotel on Marshal Baghramyan with walking access to the Cascade and the Opera, on the avenue itself there is a lot of infrastructure, everything is nearby. The room itself is very cold, which is not very felt in the spring, but in the summer it will be ideal in the heat. Very nice host who helped with my early/late check-ins and check-outs. Working wifi, good size room.
The room is in the basement, so it was a little cold for the spring, but in the summer it would be gorgeous in the heat.

Closer to hostel than 5*
Good location, would have liked the price if it had not been changed upon arrival
We requested a late check-in, the hotel approved, but at the entrance they said that we arrived late and our room had already been rented out. They offered another room, 3 times more expensive. The room has no windows, instead of a bathroom there is a hole in the floor. Why the hotel is 5 * I do not understand

Burn this place down.
There is nothing good here.
This is not a hotel. These are three dirty, smoky rooms in the basement with no windows or air. They settled the family in two different rooms, both equally smoky, there is no ventilation. We arrived to settle in at night after a long, hard road, We didn’t have the strength to go somewhere else. I'm not sure we'll ever be able to get away from this place.
