quiet and peaceful place 5 minutes by car from Kyustendil. the setting is slightly vintage, but has everything you need to have a good time. the beds are really comfortable, there is a fireplace and a nice outdoor barbecue, satellite TV.

The nicest guest house I have ever stayed at. Friendly attitude from the owners and a great atmosphere for rest and relaxation. I was looking for accommodation in Kyustendil and came across several ads. I went through them in detail, but this one somehow caught my attention. While looking at the other alternatives in the area, I got a great discount on the nightly rate. As already understood, I took advantage. The house is only 4 kilometers from the city center. It took us about 10 minutes to walk down to the center of Kyustendil and walk around the local sights. Its location offers a wonderful view of the Osogovo mountain. We were absorbed by unique nature, fresh air and silence. The villa is equipped with all the extras for a modern lifestyle. Internet and Wi-Fi connection are up to par. Their beds are super comfortable!!! I don't know what kind of mattresses they use, but we managed to rest. In the yard there is also a shed with a barbecue oven, which we did not use, but it must be very good in the summer. We are very pleased to have chosen Casa Roza Guest House and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a self-catering guest house in Kyustendil!
