Very large room, well furnished.
bring toilet paper to a safe place in front of the shower, the whole bathroom is flooded due to the lack of a walk in shower. 😂

My grandchildren and I visited Kyustendil during spring break
We settled in quite well - three grandchildren with grandparents - in an apartment with a balcony on the second floor. I know the rest station and surroundings from last year, so we chose it again.
There could have been some other chair in the apartment.

Place for overnight stay.
Convenient location, nice staff, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, toiletries, an elevator in the building and parking.
Overall ok for one night. The building is old and in need of renovation in the rooms and bathrooms. Very poor soundproofing. We were unlucky, there were noisy neighbors, we hung out until late, and we, of course, didn’t get enough sleep with them. The room was smelly and smoky. No mosquito net.

I wouldn't go back there again
We had booked rooms with a balcony. Initially we were given rooms without a balcony. After we showed the reservation, they told us not to look at what was written there, but then they agreed to give us the rooms we booked because we were the first (if we were late, there would be no correspondence between what we booked and what they offered us)
