Coziness and a view of Kyustendil
Very nice view from the window to the city. Cozy and pleasant room, with warm blankets. The location of the hotel is excellent. Responsive and friendly reception staff. On the 13th floor there is a restaurant that offers fine cuisine and a panoramic view for organized events.
We only had a small problem with the hot water one evening, as we ran out of it because we didn't know it was heated beforehand.

Clean, in the center, wonderful view from the terrace
I am staying there for the second time. On the 11th floor, great view from the terrace to the mountains, wide clean rooms, wide balcony. Bathroom big and clean. they allowed me to stay in the room for 15 minutes after 12:00 for free. internet works great.

Hotel-museum of the socialist past of Kyustendil.
The location of the hotel.
The smell of stale in the room. Lack of air conditioning. Breakfast is not available. On that day there was an event with a lot of noise in the restaurant, and a second event with live music in the restaurant next door to the hotel. We slept with closed windows in the heat.
