Licht und Schatten
Great location within walking distance of the historic city center but on a busy ring road/junction. Quiet in the back bedroom. Huge apartment, old stucco ceilings and furniture, stylish curtains and contemporary art. However, not a very good separation. The large dining room had a flat screen TV, Netflix only, no TV! Only uncomfortable chairs at the dining table. The living room has a huge leather sofa and section. TV would have been better there. Dark kitchen in the middle of the apartment, but everything is there and ok, Illy coffee machine. Bathroom and toilet are separate, everything was fine, everything worked well. Very nice welcome with welcome champagne, host always tel. Accessible and beautiful. Garage in the yard only for experienced drivers with small cars. Highly recommended for couples who sleep in a double bed and want to get to know Graz.
We booked this large 2 bedroom apartment to be able to sleep separately. The second room was catastrophic, very noisy, the windows to the street, barely ventilate. The bed is terrible. Whoever sleeps on this mattress must be a fakir.

It was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable stay in Graz with plenty of space. Perfect for us as the rooms are far apart
There is a very good baker downstairs in the house.
Kitchen equipment could be better. We couldn't find capsules for the espresso machine in the supermarket.

A wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Graz.
Communication was extremely easy and all questions were answered quickly.
There was no coffee machine in the kitchen that didn't work with pads or capsules. But not so important.

The proximity to the city center and good transport links are ideal.
The owner is very helpful and tried very hard. We benefit from a good location and ideal infrastructure, as well as proximity to the city center.
