We really liked it and would book the apartment again at any time.
The apartment is bright, clean, well-equipped and in a good location. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is very centrally located and well connected, the Bim stop is almost right in front of the door. Of course, this also ensures that it is never completely quiet due to traffic and trams.

The location is very central.
Parking takes practice. You should find out about the various parking options in advance.

Wonderful short break in Graz
The center of Graz was easily and quickly accessible on foot. The apartment was very well equipped (eg washer + dryer, microwave + mini oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine), value for money was absolutely ok.
The TV was only in one of the bedrooms, but I suspect that this room was originally intended for the living room. To be honest, for us (4 people) it was not a problem.
