Great, you feel special.
The hotel is very exceptional, very good combination of old construction, modernly renovated and interpreted, very cool artistic atmosphere and clean lines, very comfortable bed, nice clean bathrooms. Everything in a very successful boutique hotel. Thank you for this experience!

When staying overnight in Graz, no other hotel is an option. I can only recommend Kai36 - value for money is great
The hotel is incredibly tastefully decorated - interior lovers will get their money's worth here. The location is incomparable, located on the slope of the Schlossberg. The pool with a view of the city is the absolute highlight
There are no points of criticism here

Great atmosphere with lots of charm
Top staff, great ambience, originally furnished house, top location. There is a pool on the roof with a great view over Graz.
Parking is nearby but can only be reached via valet parking. A bit complicated. No seating in the room other than a desk or bed.
