I have never seen such a clean apartment! Everything sparkled, this option is very pleasant))) About the location, this is 10 out of 10. To enter Sarzhin Yar, you just need to cross the road. Store under the porch. All liked it. My recommendation)

Perfect
Excellent staff - I moved the check-in time twice, and then I was late because of the long border crossing, but they waited for me and were very professional. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is pleasant.
There are no thick curtains on the windows, but they face the east, so it will be problematic to sleep - take a sleep mask with you.

The apartment is very cozy, with a large balcony with flowers and just a great view of the botanical garden. The apartment has everything you need, a pity for tea and coffee.
