I have never seen such a clean apartment! Everything sparkled, this option is very pleasant))) About the location, this is 10 out of 10. To enter Sarzhin Yar, you just need to cross the road. Store under the porch. All liked it. My recommendation)

Perfect
Excellent staff - I moved the check-in time twice, and then I was late because of the long border crossing, but they waited for me and were very professional. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is pleasant.
There are no thick curtains on the windows, but they face the east, so it will be problematic to sleep - take a sleep mask with you.

In general, I liked everything: - gorgeous location, near parks and squares. -very clean apartment - there is everything you need. But there are also nuances
From what I didn’t like: The apartment is located right next to the road, when the door is open, it is very noisy, it is impossible to sleep, the window is without ventilation, and the air conditioner is right above the bed. We were in the summer, so we were very hot, there were also no heavy curtains and ended up waking up early in the morning. If you are with a small child, keep in mind that this is the 9th floor and the balcony is not glazed. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Great view from the balcony, especially early in the summer in the morning. The presence of two chairs and a table on the balcony is also a huge plus). Light, clean and comfortable.

The apartment is very clean, bright with a great view of the park. True, if you like to sleep, then there are no curtains and the sun will wake you up :) Everything is clean, but since the house is older, you can hear the smell from the pipes, so it can be difficult for people with a sensitive sense of smell.

Exceptional
The apartment is cozy, the appliances are working properly, the location is super. To the metro 2 minutes, shops within walking distance are very different. We adjusted to the time of arrival and departure. Everything is super. Thanks!
The only thing missing was a wardrobe, the bedside table was too small, and the hallway was packed with cleaning supplies, and shelves for shoes and bags.

Apartment in Kharkov near the park.
The apartment is spacious and bright. With a nice open balcony and a good view of the park and the city. It is very pleasant to drink coffee on the balcony and admire the city. Otherwise, there is nothing to note. Everything is fine, as it should be. There were no problems or inconveniences during the stay. Everything you need is in stock. The metro is very close.
The TV, of course, doesn't hang well. This is clearly visible in the photo - it does not come as a surprise. But watching it before bed is frankly inconvenient, tk. you have to look stupidly from the side and at a large angle.
