Seven Seas Resort by Pool Access

The apartment is much more tired than it appears in the photo. Mold stains near the entrance to the bath, the door to the bath swollen with water, weak water pressure in the bathroom sink. Access to the pool is not as big a plus as it might seem. In front of your window, someone will always lie, walk, so that you have to constantly sit behind the drawn curtains. The option of apartments with direct access to the water is much better in this regard. Well, the icing on the cake is the incredible attitude of the owner. After arrival, we wrote that we did not like the room and it looked worse than in the photo, to which we were told that tomorrow at lunchtime we would be moved to other apartments. The next day at 12 we knocked. Other guests booked this room for another six months. This one, with such access to the pool. (the owner has another apartment with access to the water) in the process of finding out, it turned out that they had not yet left the second apartment and would not leave until 15. And people who booked apartments six months ago have nowhere to check in with a child. The owner just doesn't answer. We are waiting for relocation (apparently to the room from which they do not leave) at the appointed time, no one relocates us and does not populate new tenants. When we asked how long we should wait, the owner is surprised to say that he does not have rooms and there is nowhere to relocate us. After a screenshot of his own words about the resettlement, he writes that we are moving to another building, but after 5 minutes he writes that there are no rooms again .. We lost 3 hours to find out, and so we spat without achieving anything. The owner behaved like a fish every time, forgetting his own actions after 3 seconds.
