The apartment corresponds to the description and photo, for a family of three it was comfortable and spacious, felt like home. In the bedroom there is a comfortable bed, in the living room there is a good folding sofa, on which it is quite comfortable and soft to sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: cooker, dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave, large refrigerator, everything is in good condition. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, the water pressure and temperature are comfortable. In the bedroom there is a safe, ironing board, iron, coat hanger in the closet. On the balcony, a washing machine is very easy to use, a tumble dryer, a table, two armchairs, a broom and a mop for cleaning. Manager Oksana is a very sympathetic and pleasant girl, thanks to her for organizing our holiday. I liked the pool in the condo very much. There is a free shuttle bus to the sea and back according to the schedule, but you can take a walk on foot, walk slowly down to the beach street for about 15 minutes, there are also tuk tukas for 10 baht, if you go to the right from the hotel, then you can reach Sukhumvit in the same time road where white tuk tuks go for 20 baht. There are two 7-11 shops near the condo, street food, pharmacies, massage parlors, an exchange office. Several times walked along the road between the private sector to the local market Mei Le, where you can buy fresh shrimp, meat, inexpensive fruits and vegetables. I recommend accommodation, would love to stay again.

Interior decoration (modern design in light colors), furniture (large comfortable bed, two sofas), view from the windows (of the pool and a huge ship), availability of necessary accommodation (electrical appliances, dishes, towels). Oksana (hostess) is very friendly. If next time we come to Pattaya, we will definitely stay with her in these apartments!

Pool, bar, restaurant, apartment is a bit small but functional. The person from the agency is very nice (unfortunately he doesn't speak French at all).

On the way to the sea, when you walk, tuk-tuk honks. Usually they are empty. I thought that these were empty taxis. It turns out not. This is a transport that travels along the first street towards Jomtien Beach and further. You have to look at the knock knock when you return to the condo. If it says jomtien naklua then sit down, it goes straight past seven seas to sukhum vit. There he drops off. Turns around and back. And if there is no inscription Jomtien naklua, then he is at the intersection where the police station (we need to go to the left) goes straight along the beach road further. I did not find any minuses in living and did not look for it. Oksana is a nice girl. I helped with the transfer to Suvarnabhumi for really less money than I paid upon arrival. The deposit was left at 100 bucks for each apartment. On electricity and water from one apartment came out for 515 baht. Was washed three times in a washing machine.
