Was quite relaxed.
Everything was in working condition (apart from the dishwasher). The house is comfortable, enough space for 4 people.
The gate was very stiff, it takes a lot of force to open and close the main gate.

Great vacation
Excellent location, quiet and peaceful area, privacy guaranteed.Very convenient to get to the beach on a small road with little traffic and close to a pine forest. There is a very convenient garage, an outdoor shower and a foot washer, a barbecue (which we did not use), mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. The bathroom on the first floor is new and has a small window, while the bathroom on the first floor is windowless and a bit older. Outdoor dining is great for dinner in the evening rather than in the morning or at lunchtime because the sun is scorching and the awning is not enough for shade (umbrella or awning needed). Well maintained pots and pans.
The garden around the house could be better maintained and used with sun loungers and perhaps a small pool. The entrance gates were out of order, they did not slide well on the rails, and we always had a hard time closing them. With some extra care and improvements, the house would be perfect.

Great vacation!
Very nicely renovated. The bedrooms were even more modern than in the photos - everything is painted white, very nice. They were completely satisfied.
Doors need to be lubricated - they creak a lot. The kitchen needs a lot more equipment! No boards, few bowls, etc. Luckily, we brought enough of our own equipment with us. The garden is excellent, if there were two sun loungers, it would be generally great! Other than that, nothing to complain about!

Cozy villa
Good location, amenities and a nice town next door. It can be reached on foot. Clean and modern bathrooms.
The entrance is inconvenient, there is no door, but there is a grate and a window. There was no oven and no amenities like soap, cleaning products, oil or salt. Maybe something even to survive the first day.
