Despite these two inconveniences, everything else, very good.
The location is very good and the hosts very friendly. The "surprise" of the extra €100 they asked us for the 2 dogs and also that it is not a very practical place to go with dogs, since they either have to be closed in a small isolated yard (and alone) or they move throughout the premises, so they can disturb other neighbors. On the other hand, there is a dog beach practically next door and another one very close.
They do not have the heating system properly installed, as the device is located on the stairs, so the upper part of the house (the rooms) does receive the heat, but it does not reach the dining room. To compensate, we were given a small heater, but if we were cold, we had to have it next to us. It's a shame, because it's a very unsustainable and ecological system. You spend a lot for very little return.

Very relaxing and very well located.
It is very well located, 3 minutes from the beach and small town. The resort has a pool with many hammocks, a trampoline, table tennis, swing, sand and parking for two cars. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and other utensils, nothing was missing except a dishwasher. The plant is steep below. In the upper part there is a heat pump. It is very bright.
The large kitchen needs renovation, it is very low and you leave the dishes in the lower back. You miss the dishwasher so you can enjoy your vacation more. The TV is very small and inconvenient to fit on the sofa. A sofa cover is in short supply. The ground floor is cold, which is useful in summer and not in spring. The heat pump is at the top.

Everything was very clean and the location was great.
Pets are allowed in the cabin I rented; but what the booking does not put is that you have to pay 50 euros for a dog, for me this is overkill.
