Lack of maintenance
Location, penthouse view, beaches, large bed. Calm of the city. The owner helped me carry all the things to the attic.
Little maintenance, I had to clean the faucet filters in the sink and shower because the water barely got in and the owner told me I had to live with it, also the lock was in a bad state that I didn't lock it. a key that I could not open later because it was stuck. I think everything should be fixed and maintained. There are a lot of ants in the apartment, be careful not to leave food or drop anything on the floor, because they came out in droves. The latter worried me a lot because I couldn't be calm or leave food for my cat. But hey, I still enjoyed the beaches and surroundings, a quiet place to relax.
