Everything is perfect.
Perfect location, the apartment is like new and the owners are charming, I had to delay my arrival at the last minute and they adapted without any problem, I had a very good experience, it is undoubtedly a highly recommended accommodation.

Great stay, comfortable. Ideal for families with children.
The fully renovated studio, very comfortable and well equipped with the necessary kitchen, sheets, towels, etc... Very well located if you want the beach and very close to Valencia to visit the city, Science Museum, etc... Álvaro and his family are very pleasant and it is easy to deliver and collect the keys. At the entrance they had prepared welcome drinks for us.

Ideal holiday for families with children
The location of the penthouse is perfect, it is located on the seafront, very close to all kinds of restaurants and ice cream parlors. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The terrace overlooking the sea is great. We would repeat without a doubt. Thanks to Alvaro, Amparo and Juan Carlos for all the gastronomic recommendations they gave us, they were very helpful.
There is nothing to look at.

Renovated apartment on the beach
The apartment is completely renovated (as seen in the photos), comfortable beds and location right on the beach. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.
There is no ramp, and stairs must be climbed and descended to gain access to the portal and floor. Number of mosquitoes (although this is not the apartment's fault).
