Cleaning poscinae on the terrace is really too small for three people!

We arrived at a property that had a different name when booking and it was very confusing as there was no reception and the owner did not contact us so we had to call him for an hour until we were able to speak to him and enter the apartment. ... The cleaning service is non-existent, when we entered, we were surprised that no one cleaned the apartment, the dirty sheets lay on the bed in a ball. There were no towels. When we asked for sheets and towels, they only left us a couple of body towels. They don't clean the room daily or leave shower gel or toilet paper behind. I wrote to the girl who is in charge of cleaning the apartment to clean it for us, but she didn’t answer the question, so on the second day I decided to wash the floor myself. Of course it is very expensive in terms of the apartment.
