GLOBALES LOS DOLPHINES stay
The treatment of all the staff.👏👏👏
THERE IS NO SMALL TERRACE FOR SMOKERS.😭 THERE ARE 2 SMOKING AREAS, BUT IN FULL SUN YOU CAN'T SMOKE A CIGARET THERE. TIP: PUT 4 TABLES, SOME CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA IN THE SMOKING AREAS AND EVERYTHING WILL BE PERFECT!☺️

Acceptable for short stays and spending little time in the hotel.
The location, near Ciutadella and the main beaches and coves. Correct buffet breakfast.
The smell of humidity in the room. The sheets and towels stained, they were changed but they kept coming with stains from the laundry. Buffet dinner with little variety, especially on weekends, and quite repetitive.

Too many foreign families
The bed was comfortable
Family atmosphere. too much baby Too much animation and screaming. The atmosphere is too "touristic"

My son really liked it
Best of all was the small soccer field. This resulted in children of all nationalities playing spontaneously every day. My son really liked it and made friends. There is a fantastic water park next to the hotel.
The extra bed under the sofa in the apartment was very uncomfortable. Cleaning must be improved, during a pandemic it is necessary to be more comprehensive in this regard, it must be borne in mind that what was previously considered correct is now not the case.
