Just spend the night
Location. Clean enough. Cheap
It's cramped for three people. The actual number is smaller than in the photo. The entrance was found with difficulty, the old entrance.

All perfectly. Great location, close to metro and stops. Not far from the center. The room is clean, there is everything you need - washing machine, stove, refrigerator. Comfortable beds. The owner is friendly. I recommend

Nice studio.
Nice studio, comfortable kitchenette, there is a fridge, breakfast was cooked by ourselves. But for those who do not want to cook, there is a good cafe in the same house. The studio is clean. The bed was comfortable, bed linen was clean and good. Good sound insulation, no neighbors were heard (usually in St. Petersburg this is a problem, everything is fine here)! We found a place for a car in the parking lot. The owner is responsive!
