"Plywood house of Mr. Pumpkin!" all the same, walking on plywood, a plywood cabinet and plywood bed podium - it looks strange (there are burrs + plywood gets dirty and does not wash off). The tiles in the room were broken. WiFi didn't work

The breakfast is delicious, and in general the cafe on the ground floor serves good food. The administrator was friendly, answered all questions and advised on the menu in the cafe. Metro station "Ligovsky Prospekt" in five minutes walk
There was some problem with the slippers supplier, so I didn't have them in my room.
We rented a deluxe room overlooking Ligovsky Prospekt. We were very impressed with the comfort, excellent renovation in the Loft style and, of course, the view of the prospect! As a bonus - a wonderful bath - jacuzzi with a window. The breakfast was wonderful!
