Excellent location
Everything is nearby, an adequate owner, there is a full set of dishes, good Wi-Fi
The smell in the entrance (sewerage and dampness), which was drawn to the apartment, the windows overlook the courtyard (other windows)

Practically the center
The price-quality-location ratio is 150%). To the subway sportivnaya 5 minutes. We walked almost everywhere, to the Winter Palace about 20 minutes. To the Peter and Paul Fortress 10 minutes.
Parking is only on the road, they will not let you into the courtyard of the house. but it was a small problem

In general, I liked everything!!! Just great!!! When we arrived with my family, we took 20 tokens in the subway, we thought we would take the subway, as a result, almost all the tokens were brought back home, because everything is so close and the center and the zoo in general, everything and Petropavlovka. We thank the owner for everything. The price matches very well! I advise everyone who goes to St. Petersburg these apartments! You will not regret! And by the way, everything is nearby, shops, metro, cafes!!!

I will most likely stay here again on my next visit.
We settled in very easily. We arrived a little earlier, the owner went to the meeting and drove up. The owner is polite and correct. I liked the apartments. Appearance corresponds to the photo. Good environment, all appliances in working order, everything for a comfortable stay was available. We parked nearby. Great location. Center, metro, stops, shops are all within walking distance. The price is certainly not small, but in the season itself such conditions are worth it.
If you want to visit a good cafe or restaurant, then this is not observed within walking distance. Parking only along the road. The yard is for residents only. Not very convenient faucet in the shower, but that's nitpicking. For the most part, there are no comments.
