The apartments fully correspond to the presented photos. Cozy, beautiful. The location is great! Near metro, shops. Entrance from the illuminated street (not from the yard). Centre. To the restaurant Smelt walked on foot (10 minutes). The Hermitage is also within walking distance if you plan to walk. 4th floor, window in the room overlooks the courtyard, no noise from the street is heard. Also in the room is a mini fridge, kettle, water filter, dishes, TV set, wi-fi. The mattress on the bed is good, not hard and not too soft. In the bathroom, soap, gel, shampoo, balm, paper - everything is there. Washing machine and ironing board with iron in the common corridor. The room is very warm! Arrived at -14. I even opened the window to ventilate)) It's cool in the bathroom, but when you swim - it's normal, the water is hot without interruption.

I really liked the interior. The apartment was clean and warm. The windows overlook a typical small St. Petersburg courtyard - "well", but at the same time it was not very dark in the room, despite the January gray sky. Very beautiful house itself and especially the front. There are several nice cafes nearby where you can have breakfast, and a couple of convenience stores if you want to cook something yourself late in the evening.
