The first thing I would highlight is the kindness of the hostess and the people we met. The hostess was there and quickly resolved our doubts. The urbanization in which the apartment is located is safe, quiet and with a swimming pool. Close to supermarkets, vegetable shops and restaurants. The area is beautiful: Mayan monuments, cenotes, jungle, coral reefs and beaches. In addition, when we went, there was no flea market. Diverse restaurants, quite a few vegan options. Great to have everywhere. Beautiful place.

The entire area (guarded 24 hours a day) was very well maintained and very quiet due to its location. The duplex apartment was in good condition and exceeded all our expectations. Each of the 3 bedrooms had large beds (2x2m and 2x1x2m), large smart TVs (another one in the living room), air conditioning and a closet. New high quality washing machine, big fridge and well equipped kitchen (something could be better). Each bedroom had, so to speak, its own bathroom, which made it suitable for 3 families of 2 people each. You will definitely need to rent a car or call a taxi as the complex is a bit further from the main shops and especially from the beach (about 10-15 minutes by car). But you have a secure complex with a swimming pool, a basketball court and a very quiet place.
