Poor service, after payment (immediately demanded money) annoying !!!! untidy cubicles with locks are more like a cowshed... a pity... with the love of the owner it would be great...
Perfect location with private beach. Really super authentic between the big all inclusive resorts.
A little difficult to eat during the stay. Facilities are between 9 and 5, then you can eat in Puerto Morelos town which is about 45 minutes walk and 10 minutes by car.

Unfriendly welcome on arrival and departure. There is no one at the front desk. Basic comfort. Not suitable for the elderly. Excessive value for money. The location is far from everything. You are required to come with your own vehicle.
