Cleaning: a lot of dust everywhere especially on the floor, in the kitchen the fridge was full of crumbs, hair and dirt, the same thing for the drawers with cutlery and for the microwave. Both in the fridge and outside there were leftovers of bottles and food (spices, sauces, a half empty bottle of aperol) The bathroom even worse, dirty toilet (we had to clean it a bit) The shower rusted, dirty and with limescale. We stayed there for 10 days and they made 2 rolls of toilet paper available to us, one of which was half started, definitely not enough. The biggest flaw, however, is the water: it cannot be used for cooking nor for drinking, they have problems with the water connection and it is very ferrous, the smell is not pleasant, even washing was annoying, the smell spreads throughout the house. Not being a last minute problem, I would have liked to be notified at the time of booking and not upon my arrival. While the problem may not be with the property, it is an inconvenience. To overcome this problem we were provided with two bottles of water for drinking and cooking. 3 liters in 10 days of stay: at least one bottle a day, since they are the problem, I would have expected it. Another aspect definitely to be reviewed is the heating: the only one that worked was that of the bedroom. We had our little over 1 year old dachshund with us for which they asked us €10 per day more for reasons related to cleaning. Well, if cleanliness is always what we found, these €100 are a bit of a gift. The last aspect that is not reported is that the house is not fenced and during the day hunters go around with their dogs (here too no one told us anything) if you have a particularly curious or playful dog with everyone, keep this in mind.

Unfortunately the mattress is a little worn out (21 July), it might be worth investing in a new one.

The presence of drafts

Unfortunately water. The owner knows this and provides water bottles, but if you don’t think about it, I would not drink the water, and there is no third fountain with water from the aqueduct. If you are like us, a couple, there is a place. If you have children, ask the owner who will really help you.
