Conca d'Oro

The property is beautiful and well appointed, the house is cozy and clean. Marco and his family were very friendly and gave us great tips for sightseeing and dining. We felt very comfortable and fully enjoyed our stay. Ideal for getting down and relaxing. We will be glad to return.

The house is located a few steps from the village of Foiano, surrounded by greenery. Excellent location, photos correspond in all respects. Very kind and helpful owners, when handing over the keys I was met by the owners and their two small dogs, absolutely harmless ☺️ Highly recommended!

A beautiful place to stay, a pleasant house surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Marco is a great host, he helped us find the most beautiful places in Tuscany and showed us the best restaurants where you can try traditional food. I recommend this experience to everyone.

Despite the fact that the couple was not far from the owners' house, the couple's private life was fully respected and preserved. The pool is available, but only in summer.

We were very welcomed by the owner Marko and looked after us very well throughout our stay. The house is well equipped. There is everything you need. The two rooms are beautifully furnished, have ample space to accommodate everything and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Terry towels for the bathroom and bath towels for the pool were provided. This and also the bedding were changed after a week. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked ourselves several times and did not miss anything. There is ample space in the fridge, there is a washing machine, oven, microwave, 4-hob gas hob and more. There is also a charcoal grill, which we used very often. I really liked the air conditioner for a couple of days when it was very hot and worked perfectly. There is also a washing machine. The outside dining table is beautifully shaded. We always ate outside. The bathroom is small, but the size was enough for us. The shower stall is relatively narrow. But also for me (1.84 m) to use without problems. Everything in the house is in very good condition. The pool is a dream, it is very well maintained and clean. The water is treated with salt, not chlorine, which we really liked. However, salinity cannot be compared with sea water. The water is slightly salty. The water temperature was super refreshing. I estimate about 25 degrees. There is also a poolside fresh water shower. The 4 sun loungers were well shaded by a large parasol. The house is very quiet, about 1.5 km from Foiano di Chiana. A car is required. The road that passes by the house is very little used. At the beginning of July there were four of us (2 adults, 2 children, 12 and 13) for 2 weeks, we found our stay here wonderful and can definitely and unconditionally recommend Conca d'Oro.
