We really want to come back!
Secluded location overlooking the lake, beautiful pool, extensive grounds, fresh eggs from the chickens that are kept there, homegrown tomato zucchini salad, barbecue with grill wood, wood oven... Very friendly hosts
Wine glasses and kitchen knives are missing. That's a pity and clouded the desire for preparation and enjoyment.

exceptional!
everything, the salt water swimming pool with an exceptional view, the vegetable garden, fresh eggs available and in the apartment a real kitchen complete with everything including the essentials (oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, coffee, only a few knives are missing larger) and a fridge/freezer like those at home, the possibility of using a wood-burning oven, barbecue and washing machine at no extra cost, each apartment has its own private area for lunch so as not to create any crossings between the people staying. overall great!
just the lack of air conditioning, but they said they are doing it!

we will repeat for sure.
everything perfect, beyond all expectations ... Even the wafers of coffee and what is necessary for breakfast. House cleaning 10 cum laude, kindness and helpfulness of the owners (they even offered us a bottle of their wine) and finally a wood-burning barbecue used all evening.

A farmhouse surrounded by nature
Structure located in the middle of nature and tranquility. Three very beautiful and well-organized renovated apartments, equipped with everything needed for cooking, washing, cleaning, disinfecting, etc...located a few kilometers from Orvieto, close to many typical and very beautiful villages. Excellent value for money. Kind and helpful owners
The absence of air conditioning or a fan makes the stay in the structure unpleasant. During the day it is difficult to stay at home and rest even though it is cooler in the evening and it is necessary to give these services to customers. For the rest all excellent

Suitable for loners who like an isolated place
Difficult breakfast as the preventive expense is not foreseen ...... the fact on the site's advertising is not well highlighted.
Lack of air conditioning with temperatures of 35 degrees you couldn't sleep. The route to get there is extremely difficult, the navigators are not very useful, the dirt road is poorly signposted.
