Pleasant stay, cozy rooms, clean and with a beautiful view of Vesuvius. Staff available, courteous and welcoming

Recommended for transit
Great view, very helpful staff, breakfast selection was quite large by Italian standards, rooms were fairly newly renovated, spacious and clean, there is a locked free car park
The toilet seat was poorly installed, the fridge was very loud, the water temperature fluctuated greatly no matter what the heat setting, you are right on the mountain, so the range of supermarkets and restaurants is low in the immediate vicinity

The noise of the maids in the morning at 8am. Vacuum cleaner in the corridors, slamming doors, siren at night in the hotel and no one to turn it off, poor breakfast, non-existent soundproofing...if you want rest, run away!
