House ideally located on the beach for a great family vacation
The location and the magnificent view especially the sunset!! The host was also very good and was able to quickly find solutions to our problems with the delivery of sheets and towels.
A little lack of dishwasher/microwave equipment.

A dream setting for an idyllic vacation
The breathtaking view of the sea: just incredible The immediate proximity of the beach: just a few steps and you are there Tranquility The feeling of being in an exclusive place The responsiveness, kindness and flexibility of the owners (last minute early check in, offer to stay after the scheduled check out time)

Unfortunately, the good location cannot make up for the completely poor communication with the landlord
The location and the outdoor area are very nice. The proximity to the sea is excellent, the outdoor shower is very practical. The sea and beach are very clean and well maintained.
Communication with the landlord was extremely difficult or even impossible, from handing over the keys to complaining about the lack of terrace shading. To this day we are waiting in vain for confirmation of the early departure, which we need for our travel cancellation insurance due to an accident. This ignorance is unprecedented. The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped and very spartan.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back!
Mikol and Marko respond quickly and nicely. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. The location is very good, you can quickly get to the beautiful beach. The view is great, the terrace is huge, it's a pleasure to sit and watch the sunset. Appliances work - WiFi, air conditioning, jacuzzi, etc. Outdoor shower is very useful.
The water pressure could be stronger, but it works (we had similar experience in other places on the Elbe, maybe it depends on the specific place).
