Luggage must be carried from the parking lot 5 minutes walk from the apartment, as there is no parking/unloading, no shops nearby, minimal gastronomic offers in the entire Bay of Biodola.

Among the very few drawbacks is the slight shade under the gazebo at noon.

No soundproofing with other apartments above. The room opened onto a terrace, and could be heard until the inhabitant touched it.
