Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery. (photos, believe me, do not convey this). Everything you need is at your disposal, from a super-equipped kitchen to a bathroom with a shower or Jacuzzi. My dog ​​is free because everything is fenced .... a fridge with plenty of ice .. and have an aperitif in the garden 😄 .. with a grilled mega barbecue that you will find there The most complete privacy that the owners themselves guarantee to the maximum.. The very large house with its own driveway and private garden is located on a hill so there is always a cool breeze in summer (so it never gets hot). It is located in a very calm environment. A beautiful covered terrace adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a large barbecue. Well equipped kitchen (huge fridge), living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa, two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi. Spacious rooms. There is a large number of tables and chairs, even on the outdoor terrace. Overall, I would describe the furniture as luxurious and complete. The owners are very welcoming and happy to explain things about the area and easily reach out with questions. There were good welcome drinks in the fridge and the owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful area suitable for hiking and mountain biking. In Selvapiana, a little less than two kilometers away, there is an excellent bakery, restaurant/pizzeria (Pirino). Guests of the house receive a discount. For shopping, you can go to San Piero in Bagno (5 km from the house). Our stay exceeded our expectations.
