Very pleasant and relaxing in many respects for which I foresee further stays
Attending the swimming pool was more than pleasant and I appreciated the kindness of the staff. Breakfast and dinner have always been of a good standard both in terms of quality and for the wide choice of dishes on offer. I particularly appreciated the fact that, during my stay, I received greetings from the staff during my birthday.

1 day at the spa
The room in general, very kind staff
The swimming pool too chaotic, the buffet, the statues of fake dogs inside the structure and on the entrance door, the ban on the entry of dogs, even if there were "real" dogs and this made us happy.

Like a fairytale
It couldn't have gone better: snow, warm pool, relaxed atmosphere, welcoming environment, super helpful staff. I hope to come back soon!
Furnishings of the rooms a little dated, but comfortable nonetheless. I would add at least Tea and coffee facilities.

The swimming pool, the kindness and availability of the staff and the amount of services they offer
