What we liked the most was the location, we had a very beautiful view of the sea, it was very clean, cleaner than in most hotels where we stayed, well after that you had to look after the cleanliness yourself, from home you walked along a small street and if you are on the beach the beach was the most beautiful we have been in greece so far, great for kids and i must say the owner is very nice and caring ❤️
The fact that there were only a few restaurants in the area that were attached to hotels and were very expensive, there was no way to buy or shop nearby, fortunately we were by car and could go to Nikkiti every evening where everything was available for the evening To eat but the owner immediately gave us a list of restaurants and shops where you can go...but overall it was a very good stay for us and definitely a clear recommendation.
1) view and peace 2) close to the sea 3) Ideal place to explore Sithonia and Thessaloniki. 4) Closeness to the owner
Not enough dishwasher
We stayed in the 'nancy' studio, which dominates a hill with a fantastic view of the endless blue! Inside a large estate full of trees and bushes! The wonderful sea, only 2-3 minutes down! The interior is tasteful, super modern, spotlessly clean and with all the comforts. As for the hosts, we have the best to say: always smiling and willing! We look forward to going again.
Mrs. Euterpe's gentle hospitality, gorgeous, discreet but very attentive and very sweet. Incredible availability of the owner, who, although far away, is always “present”. The place ... to hear the waves crash against the wall of the house at night and go down two steps from the veranda to enter the crystal clear water is a dream !!!
The main advantage of these apartments is the sea view. Especially cool to meet the sunset / sunrise on the veranda. From the guesthouse to the beach, go 5 minutes downhill.
1) The first thing that surprised us was that an outdated apartment phone number was indicated on the booking in the description of the object. For some reason, Google maps did not lead us to the guesthouse itself (they indicated both the address and the coordinates), we decided to call the guesthouse itself to find out how to get to them, but the phone number was unavailable. 2) As a result, we randomly found a guesthouse, asked the hostess why they indicated an outdated phone number in booking, to which we received a stunning answer: “We sent you an email with new data.” We didn't receive any emails, which we responded to. The hostess of the guesthouse called someone in front of us, and how she answered us that yes, they really didn’t send us any letters (they tried to write, but they didn’t succeed, and they decided to spit on this matter). The guys of this guesthouse did not hear about the responsibility, apparently. All these clarifications took place near the entrance gate of the guesthouse, and we were only from the plane and wanted to quickly settle in. 3) As such, there is no parking at the guesthouse, on the territory of the guesthouse there was always someone's car (perhaps the owners), and it was impossible to drive there, there is one place near the entrance gate, but it can be occupied by neighbors in the guesthouse. The hostess showed us another place at the gate, where we parked our car, but the next day we were asked to move the car, because. residents of a neighboring house also put their car in the same place. In general, nonsense, as in that movie "you don't go there, go there." 4) When checking in, the hostess of the guesthouse told about the rules of residence, that in the bathroom you need to lay silicone coasters on the sink so as not to cause scratches, lay a bedspread on the sofa, otherwise we will stain it. 5) You need to pay 25 euros for cleaning, we lived 2 nights in this guesthouse, and during this time we were not cleaned - it was noticeable by the full bucket of garbage. 6) Our room was the furthest from the entrance gate, and we absolutely confidently assert that it is not worth the money (and we have something to compare with).
