When we arrived the room was not cleaned. The toilets were dirty, with stains on the basins, it had not been swept or mopped and the sofa was full of stains and sand from the previous ones. After we informed, they told us that a cleaner would come the next day and asked us to settle the issue of payment as well. After our strong dissatisfaction, they changed us to a house, which was in a better condition. We insisted on daily cleaning. Indeed, the cleaner came every day, but the cracked plaster in the bathroom remained in the same place throughout our stay. It only had 2 bathrooms and we left them to see if they would be cleaned. By the time we spoke to someone in charge on the third day we had been asked twice to pay the rest of the booking, the first time while I was cleaning the dirty sofa for the kids to sit on. The manager told us this a third time. Don't you think you should see to it that our matter is settled first? When we did not say that the room does not correspond to the price of 400+ euros per day, you told us that we are lucky that we found it because the price is normally 700+€. There was some problem with the water supply and the water was brown for the first 4 days.
Great location, you can quickly reach all beaches. The complex has been completely rebuilt and the villas and the rest of the complex are very beautiful. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Additional requests were fulfilled within a short time frame.
Insufficient storage space for clothing. The plumbing could have been better solved. What should not be the case with a luxury villa is that you are actively requesting room cleaning. In my opinion, towels and bedding also need to be changed more often.
