Great location
They could leave their dog at home so that it wouldn't be hot on the beach, a quiet, cozy place.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub auf Sithonia, Successful holidays in Sithonia.
Sehr gut gelegene Studios von wo aus man ganz Sithonia gut erkunden kann. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter dem das Wohl seiner Kunden wichtig ist. The studios are well equipped, eigentlich fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir werden bestimmt in Zukunft noch mal dort übernachten. Von hier aus noch mal liebe Grüße an den Vermieter. Very well located studio from where you can explore all of Sithonia. Very friendly owner who cares about the well being of his customers. The studios are well equipped, we didn't miss anything, we felt very comfortable with our children! We will definitely stay there again in the future. From here again greetings to the owner.

The stay was great relaxing
The place was clean, the beach is very close, great, very clear water. The accommodation is very good, very clean, super owner.
There were a lot of mosquitoes (but no property fault). We were alone, so it was great. If someone was in the next apartment, it might have been cramped with the bars.

Relatively satisfactory stay for 2-3 days, we were not thrilled with the room.
The accommodation was quite close to the beach and in a quiet location.
The room we stayed in needs renovation, especially its bathroom and kitchen.

Great structure in a quiet area but with all the comforts.
The location of the structure, not far from the city, but very convenient for all services and 5 minutes walk from the beach, cleanliness of the structure and quietness of the area.
The toilet is one of those models in which you do not need to unload toilet paper, so a little "inconvenient", solved this problem, which, according to the owner, is a temporary problem, I would give maximum marks!
