Near the Sea

All the locks in the apartment are broken, in the entrance, on the balcony, in the separate bedrooms... The rooms are not cleaned. We waited a long time for the apartment to be ready to move in... I can't recommend it to others.

A few amenities were missing. For example, the card for one of the air conditioners was not loaded, the TV did not work.

THERE WAS A LOT: First of all, the place - the apartment is not marked! We went around the high-rise several times... and nothing. TRAGICALLY, the phone number for the owner/accommodator is unavailable - not working! Just by a lucky coincidence, the owner's brother was there, but he didn't know that he was supposed to accommodate us, so only through the photos on Booking was it found that we had found "our apartment" and it was found out that we were the ones who would be accommodated. The owner's brother gave us the "correct" number, however it was not necessary to use it. The owner's brother, by the way, a nice guy, who also introduced us to certain shortcomings - non-functional toilet, non-functional air conditioning, then wished us a nice stay. Well, then we found out that the TV is not working (antenna broken, the end of the coaxial cable is broken), that the blinds are broken, that when you take a shower, water leaks from under the bathtub, that the moldings on the floor are broken, that the seat is quite dirty (masked by a sheet) , as well as the areas of the fridge, and the missing light bulbs in the mirrors, also the missing flush button on the toilet, and the wifi - it's really only very average - it often dropped out even when playing music from the radio (in the end we used our own data).
