Very good accommodation
Big clean room, location close to the center, staff eager to help.
When checking in, I waited for the receptionist for 30 minutes, even if I specified the exact time of arrival when making the reservation. I paid 18 BGN for private parking for 18 hours and I was informed that private parking costs 10 BGN for 24 hours. The room was not heated before I entered the room, although it warmed up after a couple of hours.

Perfect choice, I recommend!
Friendly and very nice hosts. The location is perfect, very close to the center. Coffee and fruit machine available to guests. The studio was very big, clean, very big bathroom.

The best place to experience Kyustendil!
The attitude of the owners and employees, the location, the cleanliness! Everything was more than perfect! And the pool in this heat was a very pleasant surprise!
