For children and the elderly, the steps of the stairs are built high, especially since they did not have protection for children. I climbed with difficulty as my knee was recovering from a post-traumatic injury. But...that's it. I don't know if there's anything else that can be done with the steps... The showers didn't have a curtain, there was water everywhere. The children slipped, even though I was wiping the water, crying, etc... No major accidents. The WC basins had a malfunction. They were stuck, the water was running noisily. Having small children, we always had to go to "repair". These are some drawbacks. Everything else is ok
