Access to the property is through a gate that has a bicycle anti-theft device as a locking system. Given its age, I avoided using it. The yard is shared (separated by a vegetal curtain) with a villa. I was lucky that it wasn't busy. If you're unlucky... the quiet part is gone. One thing that took me out of my comfort zone was the fact that you couldn't close the access door to the house overnight (there is no locking system inside). Anyway, when you left home, the door locking system was a joke. So I carried documents, my laptop and other gadgets to the beach, for easy reasons.

We expected that we would be able to fully use the wireless Internet, but it turned out that there is no signal inside the house, and it is very weak in the yard. The bathroom is shared with the toilet, which is not very convenient. In addition, the shower in the bathroom is shared with the faucet of the sink, which is also not comfortable and functional.
