Very reliable, we didn't get a room despite having a booking confirmation.
Nothing…..
We booked 1 of 3 available rooms. With confirmation. When we arrived 30 minutes later all the rooms were occupied. So keep looking for a room.

Disappointment
Absolutely nothing!
There was something wrong with the reservation and we had to pay for a second room! The air conditioners are from grandmother's time, and if you leave them in one room, you won't be able to sleep because of the buzzing in the other! In the morning at breakfast the staff are not at all aware of who is there for what and what should be given to people! Hope we don't have to stay there again!
