Disastrous

I booked to visit Veliko Tarnovo. On the website it appeared as being 4 km from the city. In reality it was 12 km. Getting over this inconvenience, the hotel was very dirty with old furniture. In the only evening I stayed, I didn't even have hot water for a shower.

I am very satisfied with my stay.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Ambaritsa Hotel. If I need to stay in Gorna Oryahovitsa, I will choose this hotel again. The location was perfect for the purposes of my trip. The breakfast was unnecessarily rich and starts a little late, at 8 o'clock.
The spa complex was under renovation, unfortunately this was not announced on the hotel website. In my case it didn't matter much and it didn't affect the quality of my review.

The room smelled stale, the toilets smelled of urine, the bed covers smelled of old men's underpants but not laundry. There is NO spa. An absolutely fatal sight and experience

Needs a lot of improvements
The staff was very kind.
Extremely dirty! The covers were dirty - with visible stains of blood and urine!!! The entire carpet was also stained, and the whole room had a terrible smell (perhaps dampness) that could not be removed even with the windows open. There is no refrigerator in the rooms. Bathrooms need renovation. Hot water was not available all day.
