Good location for visiting Hue
Very disappointed as we had booked this hotel on purpose for the pool and it was not open despite it being 35°C outside and nothing was done to compensate for this. Lots of noise in the hotel and room not at all soundproofed (rooster crows at 4am, cleaning ladies who speak very loudly from 7am in front of our room, dining room on the 3rd floor right next to our room so a lot of noise)
The location of the hotel is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. On Sunday the street from the hotel became a pedestrian street with music - it was very nice. However, some places were quite noisy until the early hours. If you have a room on the street, you couldn't really sleep.
I liked everything about this hotel. but especially the kindness and delicacy of the staff. the staff are exceptional.

The street in which the hotel is located, despite being pedestrian, is a bit noisy and right in front of it there is a place where terrifying and annoying singers perform. The volume was too high, reaching up to the seventh floor.
