The room was a little damp, probably due to the rainy season.
The staff is very very nice and incredibly available. They are very caring and very attentive, it's always a real plus when you have questions or small problems during your trip (for example, they helped me find a lost object on the bus, for example, by calling company and going to the bus station)
Very weak soundproofing. This is not the fault of the owners but it is to be taken into account if you come across room neighbors who are not very discreet
The staff is very nice, always ready to help, the rooms are of very good size (family rooms that I rented), super clean, the breakfasts are very good!
