I liked the quick response from the staff. Check-in was easy and payment was easy. I rented two Masteri apartments for a business trip. One said the interior was nice and comfortable.
There was some luggage in the closet, such as someone's shoes. I requested it twice, but the issue of the toilet seat cover going down on its own in the outside bathroom was not resolved.
Very attentive to our arrival. A girl was waiting for us and they provided us with all the information we needed to stay. Well located apartment with all services including 24 hour supermarket.
The cleanliness could be improved, as could the kitchen utensils that were old and in short supply.
