The breakfast could be better, but during a pandemic, it's hard to maintain a good breakfast when there are no non-Vietnamese customers.
Since there are no customers, there is no buffet and they do not warn about it. The only thing worth it is the location, close to the center and the terrace, not very big but clean and functional.
