Small room.
We had to turn down the first room - it smelled, was dirty and had no window. In the second room the mattress was as hard as a board and my wife was locked in the bathroom due to a broken door lock. The staff couldn't open the door and after almost 1 hour I kicked it in. We're backpackers, which means we're used to a lot, but that's not possible. However, the staff is very friendly and often helpful.
Location, Great Room Service nothing to complain about. I was able to check-in early even though I arrived quite early. This time I went with my wife and children, so I had a place to rest when I arrived. Great.
Wifi on the first floor is too weak. Can't work. I'm in room 107.
