the friendliness of the staff! the whole family is top notch, caring. the manager's daughters are adorable.

Perfect everything :)
Everything has been perfect and very easy. The very friendly owners have provided us with everything we needed, a tour, a very cheap motorcycle and bus tickets. The breakfast that is included is varied and you can choose, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom too and the water pressure great. There is a fridge, kettle, a cupboard and a table in the room. We are delighted, the best hotel we have experienced in Vietnam

3 really great days!
We had a great stay in Cat Ba at this hotel. We were warmly welcomed, the room was spacious (with balcony!!), clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the restaurants and 2 steps from the seaside. We even booked our boat tour in Ha Long Bay with the hotel, which offered us a very attractive price for a great day in this magnificent landscape!!! We recommend 100%.
