I really like the scenery here, it is very peaceful. The sunset here is beautiful. Dinner by the river was romantic. The hotel is not very new, but clean. We have attentive employees. There is a free bus to go to the market, which is very convenient.
The swimming pool is great. The Mekong flows right next to it. Awesome sunset. Rooms are sparkling clean and the breakfast buffet is awesome. Also offer tours.
Unfortunately I didn't have a balcony. Then it would have been 100 points.
Receptionists friendly and helpful. We were given another room after noise disturbance. Food in Riverside lounge is fine.
Riverside lounge service English is very poor. If they don't understand something, they say "no have", they didn't even know what a glass is for a beer. Beds are uncomfortably hard. Rooms are poorly insulated, so you can hear everything from the next room. Distance to the center is very far, not walking distance. No restaurants in the area.
